The longer you commit, the less you pay.
The plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid up front. Commit for 24 months or more and the setup is discounted, up to 15% at 36 months, and you have the option to fold it into the monthly instead, with nothing due today. Folded in, the monthly returns to the plan price after the term.

A large site, or a lot of history to move across, means a higher one-time setup. It is quoted before anything starts, and it never changes the monthly.

Our university gives chapters a page. Why run our own site?
Groups come to us when they are their own nonprofit, raise their own scholarship money, collect their own dues or run events of their own. The site follows your university's branding and trademark guidelines, and links back to the alumni association wherever it helps.
We run on Wild Apricot and a payment link today. Can you take it over?
Usually. Export the member list as a spreadsheet and it comes across through Add people, which shows you what it found before anyone is added. Pages, events and past news are rebuilt on your existing domain. Saved cards stay with the old payment system, so members pay through the new join page at their next renewal, into your own Stripe account.
How do updates work when the board changes every year?
Unlimited content edits are included. Whoever the board names signs in with a code sent to their email and changes dates, names and news on the page. Anything bigger they send to us, usually live the same day. The member list, the events and their sign-ups stay with the site and download as a spreadsheet. Here is how an edit is sent.

It carries a 12-month minimum, and from 24 months the setup is discounted and can be folded into the monthly. It is never priced by how many members you have.
