The longer you commit, the less you pay.
The plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid up front. Commit for 24 months or more and the setup is discounted, up to 15% at 36 months, and you have the option to fold it into the monthly instead, with nothing due today. Folded in, the monthly returns to the plan price after the term.

Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
A large site, or a lot of history to move across, means a higher one-time setup. It is quoted before anything starts, and it never changes the monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What professional societies usually ask.
Our national society collects our dues. Do we need member features at all?
Often not. Many chapters want a site that carries the meetings, the sign-ups, the news and the board, open to everyone. If members-only pages would help, the roster your national sends can be loaded from a spreadsheet when it arrives.
We are on Wild Apricot, YourMembership or a WordPress plugin. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild the site on the society's own domain and bring the pages across. If the membership moves too, the member list comes over from a spreadsheet export, and members sign in with an emailed code from the first day. Software the society uses for credits or certification stays, and the site links to it.
The officers change every year. Who keeps the site current?
Whoever the society names. Unlimited content edits are included: tell us who is taking over and we change who can sign in, and they make small changes on the page with a code sent to their own email. Anything bigger they send to us. Here is how an edit is sent.

It is one plan, $149 a month with a one-time $500 setup: the custom design, hosting, security, backups and unlimited content edits, and the full membership platform on the same site, with members, dues, events, email and giving. It carries a 12-month minimum, and from 24 months the setup is discounted and can be folded into the monthly. It is never priced by how many members you have.
