When your national sends the member list, it comes in from the spreadsheet, which shows you what it found before anyone is added. Members sign in with a code sent to their email.

The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.

A large site, or a lot of history to move across, means a higher one-time setup. It is quoted before anything starts, and it never changes the monthly.

What chapters usually ask.
Our national gives chapters a page. Why run our own?
Chapters come to us when they run their own meetings, collect their own dues or fees, or want a site the members are glad to be sent to. The site follows your national's branding guidelines and links back to it wherever it helps.
We are one of many chapters. Can the others use it too?
Each chapter gets its own site and its own member list. If several chapters want to come across together, tell us how the national and the chapters share members and dues, and we will say plainly what fits.
The officers change every year. Who keeps the site current?
Whoever the chapter names. Unlimited content edits are included: tell us who is taking over and we change who can sign in, and they make small changes on the page with a code sent to their own email. Anything bigger they send to us, usually live the same day. Here is how an edit is sent.

Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup: the custom design, hosting, security, backups and unlimited content edits. Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup and is the full membership platform: members, dues, events, email and giving on the same site. Both plans carry a 12-month minimum, and a longer term folds the setup into the monthly. Neither is priced by how many members you have.
