Plans

Your website, and everything behind it.

One plan, $149 a month: your website and the full membership platform behind it, with members, dues, events, email and a member portal. It is fully custom made, so if you need a particular feature, or it has to work with something you already use, we build it in.

Everything included
$149/ month
Plus a one-time $500 setup, less on a longer commitment, and you can fold it into the monthly.

We take care of your website and your membership. A fully custom-coded site with everything your organization runs on behind it, in the same place.

  • The website — custom design, built for your organization, as many pages as it needs
  • Hosting, SSL, security, backups
  • Unlimited content edits (how it works)
  • SEO built in
  • Members — records, membership types, applications to approve, organizations with seats, renewal reminders
  • Dues and payments — through your own Stripe account, straight into your bank, with card details held by Stripe and never by your site
  • Events — event pages, a calendar, sign-up forms in plain words, limits on numbers, paid tickets
  • Email — a drag-and-drop builder: start from a template, drag in headings, panels, buttons and pictures, see it as a desktop and a phone, then send it to everyone, one membership type or one group
  • A member portal — sign-in by emailed code, members-only pages, an opt-in directory
  • Forms — contact, booking, quote and intake, straight into your inbox, plus posts and page settings

Commitment

The longer you commit, the less you pay.

The plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid up front. Commit for 24 months or more and the setup is discounted, up to 15% at 36 months, and you have the option to fold it into the monthly instead, with nothing due today. Folded in, the monthly returns to the plan price after the term.

12-month commitment, then month to month.

Inside the plan

Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.

Bigger builds

A large site, or a lot of history to move across, means a higher one-time setup. It is quoted before anything starts, and it never changes the monthly.

Yours to keep

The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.

Beyond the plan

What counts as extra scope.

Unlimited content edits cover anything already on the site: text, photos, hours, prices, services, people, menus. Some requests are bigger than an edit. Those are scoped on their own and quoted before any work starts. They go in through the same tool, as a support request.

If a request starts to fall into this category, we tell you before the clock starts, scope it, and give you a price for that piece. Nothing extra ever lands on a bill you did not agree to first.

A few examples of what falls into the extra scope category:

  • A new section of the site

A gallery, a menu, a team area, anything that changes how the site is put together rather than what it says.

  • A full redesign

A new look across the whole site, as opposed to refreshing what is already there.

  • A new project

A second site, a landing page for a campaign, anything that stands on its own.

Common questions

The things people usually ask.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The plan starts with a 12-month commitment, with the setup paid up front. Commit for 24 months or more and the setup is discounted, 5% at 24 months, 10% at 30 and 15% at 36, and you can pay it up front or fold it into the monthly so nothing is due today. Folded in, the monthly returns to the plan price after the term. Either way it continues month to month after the commitment. The calculator above shows the numbers.

How long does the build take?

Most organizations are live within 60 to 90 days of the first call: the site is designed and built, and your members, membership types, events and pages are moved across and checked. If all you want is your current website rebuilt as it is, that is inside 30 days. Either way you see a real draft in days, and from there it depends on how quickly feedback comes back to us.

What counts as a content edit?

Changing text, photos, hours, prices, services, people, menus, anything already on the site. Posts count too: a blog post, a news item or a new entry in a series is an edit. Full redesigns are scoped separately, and we always tell you before anything costs extra. How to make edits shows how an edit is sent, and how to add a blog post covers posts.

What does the setup fee cover?

Design, build and launch. It is $500, which builds the site, sets up the membership platform and moves your members, membership types and events across. A large site, or a lot of history to bring over, means a higher setup, quoted before anything starts. The monthly price never goes up because the site got bigger.

I already have a website. Can you take it over?

It depends. We are happy to look at what you have and see whether it makes sense to bring it over to our platform. Some sites are a good fit and move across cleanly, domain included. Others, especially ones built around a store or a heavy platform, are not, and we will tell you that up front.

What do you do for SEO?

Not campaigns or link building. Every page goes out with the titles, descriptions, headings, image labels and structured data that search engines need to read it, so the site is findable instead of invisible. Many custom sites skip this.

What does the plan include?

Your website and the full membership platform. A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured, backed up and edited for you, with SEO groundwork, plus members and membership types, dues and renewals, applications to approve, organizations with seats, a member portal your members sign in to with an emailed code, a directory, event pages with registration and a calendar, email to your whole list or one part of it, and booking, quote and intake forms.

We are on a membership platform already. Can you move us?

Usually, yes. Bringing your members, membership types, events and pages across is part of the build, from an export of whatever you are on now. We will look at what you have before you commit and tell you honestly if something does not carry over.

Where do our members' card details live?

With Stripe, never with us. When a member pays their dues or books an event, they are handed to Stripe's own checkout to enter the card, and the card details go straight to Stripe. Your website never receives a card number and stores none, and neither do we. Payments run on Stripe's API against your own Stripe account, so the money and the card data both sit with the company whose entire business is keeping them safe.

Are we billed by how many members we have?

No. You pay for the plan, not per contact, per member or per admin. A list that doubles does not change the price. Dues and event fees run through your own Stripe account, straight into your bank, and we take no percentage of them (Stripe charges its own processing fee).

Ready when you are.
