Websites for care managers, built and maintained.
A care management website is read by an adult child at a distance, late at night, deciding whom to call about a parent. It should be calm, clear and current. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and update it for you whenever your services or credentials change, without you logging in to a builder ever again.
What a care management website needs.
Nearly every independent care management practice we have looked at is five pages, one form, and a site that has not been touched in years because there was never time. That is the whole build, and the keeping current is ours.
What a care manager does, who you help, and how a family starts. The first page an out-of-town daughter reads at eleven at night.
Assessment, care plan, family guidance, crisis navigation, placement recommendations, long-term care policy guidance. Short sections in plain words, one per service.
Your background as a social worker or nurse, your certification, your association membership, and why you do this work. The page that earns the phone call.
Families at a distance, solo agers, adult children juggling a parent's care with their own lives, and the transitions in between. Each one should recognize their situation.
One form for a name, email, phone and message, plus a phone number for the family that needs to talk today. No document uploads on the site.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every independent care management practice we have looked at, and the service and credential edits are ordinary edits, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that stays current while you are on call.
Nothing to log in to
A new service, a new certification, a change in how families reach you. Email it over between visits and it is live, usually the same day.
Calm on purpose
No pop-ups, no chat widget, no feed to keep fed. A quiet page that tells a worried family what you do and how to start.
Reads like the practice
Custom design and real typography instead of a template that looks like a home care franchise or a directory listing.
This is not the plan for a home care agency with a hiring portal and caregiver scheduling, or a franchised placement service that gets a corporate site. Those need a different tool, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most Aging Life Care managers are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What Aging Life Care managers usually ask.
I am on call and never have time for the website. How does this work?
That is the practice the plan is built for. We build the site, host it, secure it and back it up, and every edit to what is already on it is included. When something changes, you email us, often from the car between visits, and it is usually live the same day. You never log in to anything.
Can families send documents or forms through the site?
No, and that is deliberate. The contact form collects only a name, an email, a phone number and a message. Assessments, care plans and records stay in whatever you use now, whether that is your care management software or a secure email, and the site keeps clear of them.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, a contact form, hosting, security, backups and every content edit. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Both have a 12-month minimum, and a longer term folds the setup into the monthly.
Our site is years old. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild it as plain, durable code on your existing domain, keep the wording that still holds, retire the page builder, and link to your association directory profile if you have one. If your current site depends on something we do not do, such as a client portal, we will tell you before anything starts.
