Websites for marine surveyors, built and maintained.
A marine survey website is where buyers and underwriters look before they call, and what they want to see is your accreditation, your vessel types and a sample report. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and keep your credentials and contact details current without you logging in to anything.
What a marine survey website needs.
Nearly every surveyor site we have looked at is five pages, no listings, no blog, and a credentials line that changes when a designation does. That is the whole build.
Pre-purchase, condition and value, insurance, damage and appraisal surveys, with sea trial and haul-out spelled out. In your words, not a directory's.
Your accreditation, your years afloat, where you came from before surveying, and the vessel types you know. The page an underwriter reads first.
How a survey day goes, from haul-out and moisture readings to the sea trial and the written report. Buyers who have never bought a boat need this page.
A redacted report so a buyer or broker can see what they are paying for and an underwriter can see it meets the standard.
One quote form or none, an email address that works, a phone number, and a line about the waters you cover.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every marine surveyor we have looked at, and a new designation or a new email address is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that still works when a buyer finds it years from now.
Credentials where they look
Accreditation, standards and vessel experience on the page a buyer or underwriter checks before they pick up the phone.
Nothing to log in to
A new designation, a new phone number, a new sample report. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Never quietly broken
Hosting, SSL, backups and the contact form are our job, so an email link from years ago does not cost you a survey.
This is not the plan for a yacht brokerage with listings and an inventory feed. That needs a listings platform, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most marine surveyors are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What marine surveyors usually ask.
Nothing on our site changes. Why pay monthly?
Because the site still has to be there, working, when a buyer looks you up. The monthly covers hosting, SSL, security, backups and a contact form that actually delivers. When something does change, a designation or a phone number, you email it and it is done.
Can we put a sample report on the site?
Yes. A redacted sample report is one of the five pages, and it is the page that convinces a first-time buyer and satisfies an underwriter. Send us the PDF or the text and we lay it out cleanly. When you update your report format, we swap it, included.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, which is nearly every surveyor. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
We have an old site and a listing on the accreditation directory. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild the site as plain, durable code on your existing domain, keep the parts that work, and retire whatever it was built on. Your SAMS or NAMS directory listing stays where it is and we link to it. If your site depends on something we do not do, we will tell you before anything starts.
