Websites for expert witnesses, built and maintained.
An expert witness website will be read by opposing counsel before your deposition, so it has to match your CV every time. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and when the CV changes we change the site the same day. You never log in to anything.
What an expert witness website needs.
Most expert witness sites we have looked at are five pages, a PDF CV and one form. No blog, no calendar. That is the whole build.
Credentials, appointments, publications, and the CV as a PDF that retaining attorneys can download and forward. The site says what the CV says, nothing more.
The subjects you are qualified to opine on, listed plainly so an attorney can match you to a case in a minute.
Case review, written reports, deposition and trial testimony, consulting and testifying work. Plaintiff, defense or both. Your fee schedule can sit here or go out on request.
Matters you can name, or the kinds of matters you cannot. The page that changes as your caseload does, and we change it for you.
One form for retaining attorneys: name, email, phone, a line about the matter. A W-9 and fee schedule link if you want them here.
That is the Care plan. Five pages, a PDF CV and a contact form covers nearly every expert we have looked at, and keeping the site in step with the CV is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that matches your CV every time.
Nothing to log in to
A new publication, a new appointment, an updated fee schedule. Email the revised CV and the site follows it, usually the same day.
Nothing for counsel to catch
No stale claims, no puffery, no dates that drift from the CV. A quiet page that says what you are qualified to say.
Reads like the retained expert
Custom design and clean typography instead of a directory profile or a template that looks like a side project.
This is not the plan for an expert practice that publishes articles every week, sells courses to other experts, or runs a multi-expert referral firm with search and filtering. Those need a site you edit yourself, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most expert witnesses are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What expert witnesses usually ask.
My CV changes a few times a year. How do updates work?
Send us the revised CV, or just the lines that changed, and we update the bio, the expertise list and the PDF. Edits are done by email and usually live the same day. You never log in, and every edit of that kind is included.
Opposing counsel will read this. How do you keep it consistent with my CV?
We build the site from the CV, not from marketing copy, and we do not add claims you did not make. When you send a new CV we check the site against it line by line. If a statement on the site is not on the CV, we take it down.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages plus the PDF CV, which is nearly every expert witness. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or a consultation request form with more fields, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
I have a directory profile already. Do I still need a site?
The directory gets you found. The site is what the attorney reads next, and it is the one place you control. We can rebuild an existing site on your domain, keep what works and retire the page builder, or build from the CV if you have never had one. Your directory listing stays where it is and links here.
