Websites for keynote speakers, built and maintained.
A keynote speaker website has one reader who matters: the meeting planner deciding whether to check your availability. It should open on the reel and get them to the one-sheet and the form without a detour. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and swap in the new reel, topic or client logo without you logging in to anything.
What a speaker website needs.
Nearly every emerging and mid-tier speaker site we have looked at is five pages, one form and no events calendar. Upcoming-dates lists go stale; the site stays about the talk, not the tour.
The reel, above everything, with the one line that says what you speak about and for whom. A planner should be watching before they scroll.
Each keynote with a title, a description a planner can paste into a program, and the takeaways. Breakout and workshop versions noted where you offer them.
A short bio for the program and a long one for the introduction, both written the way a planner needs to copy them.
Client logos and a handful of quotes from planners and attendees. The page that grows after every event, and we grow it for you.
Downloadable headshots, the speaker one-sheet, your introduction, and one form: name, email, phone and a message with the event, date and budget. Check availability in one step.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every speaker we have looked at, and a new reel, a new logo or a new quote is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site about the talk, not the tour.
New reel, send it, it is swapped
A new sizzle reel, a fresh headshot, a topic you retired. Email it over and the site changes, usually the same day. No designer to chase.
No calendar to keep current
Upcoming-dates lists go stale the week after the event. We keep the site about the keynote, and your bureau or your planner asks for dates by form.
Wrote a book? That is a page
A book page with the cover, a paragraph and buy links is one page, not a store. It sits next to the topics and points to where the book is sold.
This is not the plan for an established speaker whose site also runs a newsletter, a podcast, a course catalog or a store. Those need a platform you publish from yourself, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most keynote speakers are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What keynote speakers usually ask.
I get a new reel every year and add topics. How do updates work?
Send the new reel link, the new topic or the new client logo by email and we make the change, usually the same day. Video is embedded from wherever you host it, so a new reel is a new link. You never log in, and every edit of that kind is included.
Can planners still download my one-sheet and headshots?
Yes. The meeting planner page holds the headshots, the one-sheet, your introduction and the form, so a planner can get everything in one visit. When the one-sheet changes, send the new file and we replace it.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages and a contact form, which is nearly every emerging and mid-tier speaker. If you want more pages, such as a book page and a separate workshop page, an inquiry form with its own fields for event, date and budget, or email on your own domain set up for you, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
I work with a bureau and have a site already. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild it as plain, durable code on your domain, keep the reel and the copy that work, and retire the template. Your bureau listing stays where it is and links here. If your site runs a newsletter or a course, that is a different kind of site and we will tell you before anything starts.
