Websites for security consultants, built and maintained.
A security consulting website is read by procurement before the capability statement is. It should show the licenses, the certifications and the leadership's background, and nothing that undoes them. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and keep the licenses and the client list current without you logging in to anything.
What a security firm website needs.
Nearly every owner-run firm site we have looked at is five pages, one form, and a capability statement that changes when the licenses or the past performance do. That is the whole build.
Executive protection, threat and risk assessments, protective intelligence, advance work, secure transport, event security. In the language a corporate buyer or a contracting officer uses.
Background, certifications and licenses for each principal. Veteran-owned, licensed and insured stated plainly, with the numbers where clients look for them.
The page and the downloadable PDF: core competencies, past performance, differentiators, codes and certifications, one point of contact.
The industries and the kinds of client you serve, named as far as discretion allows. A representative list, updated as engagements change.
One form, an email address, a phone number. Name, email, phone and message only, and no third-party chat widget.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every consulting and protection firm we have looked at, and a new license, certification or client is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that holds up to procurement.
Credentials where they look
License numbers, certifications and insurance on the leadership and capability pages, current, not in a PDF nobody opens.
Discreet by default
No stock photograph of a bouncer, no tracker noise, no pop-ups. A quiet page that says what you do and for whom.
Nothing to log in to
A new certification, a new principal, a client to add. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
This is not the plan for a guard company with hiring and application forms, a training academy with a course calendar, or a firm that wants a client portal. Those need a different kind of site, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most security consulting and executive protection firms are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What security consulting and executive protection firms usually ask.
Our clients come by referral. Why does the site matter?
Because the referral gets you to the desk, and the desk checks the site before it reads the capability statement. A page that shows the licenses, the certifications and the leadership's background confirms what the referral said. The monthly covers hosting, security, backups and every edit, so it stays that way.
Can you keep the capability statement current?
Yes. The capability statement page and the PDF are content, and updating either when a license, a certification or a past performance entry changes is an ordinary edit, included. Send the change and it is live, usually the same day.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, which is nearly every owner-run firm. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
We have a page builder site with a stock photo we dislike. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild it as plain, durable code on your existing domain, keep the services and bios that hold, and retire the page builder. If your current site is built around applications, a course calendar or a client portal, we will tell you before anything starts.
