Websites for dietitians, built and maintained.
A dietitian website is what a referring physician or therapist looks at before they send you a patient, and right now that is probably a directory card. We design, build, host and maintain a site of your own for $79 a month, and update your services and carriers whenever they change, without you logging in to anything.
What a dietitian website needs.
Nearly every private practice dietitian site we have looked at is five pages, one form, and changes a few times a year when a carrier or a service is added. That is the whole build.
What you treat, who you see, and how to start. A referring physician should find what they need without scrolling.
Registered dietitian, your credentials, where you trained and how you practice. Written for the patient and the referrer both.
Medical nutrition therapy, GLP-1 support, sports nutrition, GI, eating disorder recovery. Short sections in your words, one per service.
Which carriers you are in-network with, how the discovery call works, and what to bring. The page that stops the same three questions arriving by phone.
One form for a name, email, phone and message, and a link to book in your practice software. Nothing clinical is collected on the site.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every private practice dietitian we have looked at, and the carrier and service changes are ordinary edits, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site referrals can trust, kept current for you.
Built for the referral
Physicians and therapists look before they refer. A page of your own with your services and carriers reads like a practice, not a listing.
Nothing to log in to
New carrier, new service, telehealth now offered. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Nothing clinical on the site
The form takes name, email, phone and message. Intake, scheduling and charts stay in your practice software.
This is not the plan for a dietitian selling meal plans, courses or memberships online, or running a blog as the marketing engine. Those need a storefront or a site you publish to yourself, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most dietitians are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What dietitians usually ask.
We take insurance. Can the site say which carriers?
Yes, and it should. An insurance and new patients page lists the carriers you are in-network with, explains the discovery call and says what to bring. When you add or drop a carrier, you email us and the page changes, usually the same day.
Can we keep booking and intake in our practice software?
Yes. Healthie, Practice Better, SimplePractice and the others handle scheduling, intake and charting well, and the site simply links to yours. We do not replace it and we never ask for access to it.
How do updates work?
You email us. A new service section, a carrier change, a bio update, a new telehealth note: every edit to what is already on the site is included, and after launch it is usually live the same day. A brand-new page is scoped and quoted first.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, a contact form, hosting, security, backups and every content edit. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Both have a 12-month minimum, and a longer term folds the setup into the monthly.
