Websites for speech therapists, built and maintained.
A speech therapy website has one job: when a parent or a referring pediatrician looks you up, it should read like a private practice, not the free template that came with your practice software. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and update your services and availability without you logging in to anything.
What a speech therapy practice website needs.
Nearly every solo speech therapy practice we have looked at is five pages, one screening request form, and a few changes a year. That is the whole build.
Who you see, what you treat, and whether you are accepting new clients. Pediatric, adult, or both, said plainly at the top.
Evaluations and treatment by age and concern: articulation, language, feeding, fluency, AAC, teletherapy. Short sections a parent can read in a minute.
Certified speech-language pathologist, your credentials, the settings you worked in before, and how you work with families.
Private pay rates, superbills provided, and what an evaluation includes. Stated once so the first phone call is about the child, not the billing.
One form to request a free screening or consultation: name, email, phone and message. Intake and scheduling stay in your practice software, and the site links to it.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a screening request form covers nearly every solo or two-person speech therapy practice we have looked at, and the availability and service edits are ordinary edits, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A practice site, not the template that came free.
Reads like your practice
Custom design and real typography instead of the template every other practice on the same software is using.
Nothing to log in to
Now offering feeding therapy, waitlist open, new teletherapy hours. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Nothing clinical on the site
The form takes name, email, phone and message. Intake, scheduling and notes stay in your practice software, which is built for that.
This is not the plan for a multi-clinician clinic with a careers page, a family portal and community events. That clinic needs a site it edits itself, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most speech-language pathologists are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What speech-language pathologists usually ask.
We already have the free site from our practice software. Why change?
Because it looks like every other practice on the same software, and it is doing the work of a website without being one. We rebuild it as plain, durable code on your own domain, keep what works, and link back to the practice software for scheduling and intake. You keep the software. You get a site that reads like a practice.
Can we keep intake and scheduling where they are?
Yes. SimplePractice, TheraPlatform and the others handle intake, scheduling and documentation well, and the site simply links to yours. The contact form collects only a name, email, phone and message, and nothing clinical ever touches the site.
How do updates work?
You email us. A new service, a change in fees, opening or closing the waitlist, a bio update: every edit to what is already on the site is included, and after launch it is usually live the same day. A brand-new page is scoped and quoted first.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, a contact form, hosting, security, backups and every content edit. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Both have a 12-month minimum, and a longer term folds the setup into the monthly.
