Websites for executive search firms, built and maintained.
An executive search website is a credibility check: a board chair or a chief executive looks you up before the first conversation, and it should read like a retained, partner-led firm. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and update your partners and completed searches without you logging in to anything. No job board, on purpose.
What a retained search firm website needs.
Nearly every boutique retained firm we have looked at is five pages, no job board, no candidate portal, and a partners page that changes when someone joins. That is the whole build.
Retained, partner-led, confidential. Who founded it, why, and the kind of search you take on. The page a board chair reads first.
Bios that say where each partner searched before, which functions and industries they know, and what they lead now.
The industry verticals and functional practices you cover, from C-suite and board to the roles beneath them. In your words, not an agency's.
How an engagement runs, from brief to shortlist to placement, and what a client can expect at each step. Confidential by default.
One form and a direct line to a partner. A quiet note that you do not advertise openings publicly.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every boutique retained firm we have looked at, and adding a partner or a completed search is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that reads like the retainer.
No job board, on purpose
Retained firms do not advertise openings, and the site should not look like it wants to. Firm, partners, practice areas, approach, contact.
Nothing to log in to
A new partner, a completed search, a practice area to add. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Custom, not a template
Real typography and a design that is yours, instead of a builder template under a firm that charges a real retainer.
This is not the plan for a contingency or staffing firm that needs job listings, applicant tracking or a candidate portal. Those need a platform, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most executive search firms are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What executive search firms usually ask.
We only change the site when a partner joins. Is a monthly plan worth it?
That is the site the plan is built for. The monthly covers hosting, security, backups and every edit, so nothing goes stale between changes. When a partner joins or a search completes, you send an email and it is done. There is nothing to renew, patch or remember.
Can we list completed searches without naming clients?
Yes. Most retained firms list by role and industry, such as a chief financial officer for a private equity backed manufacturer, and never name the company. We write the page that way and add to it as you complete searches. If you prefer no list at all, that works too.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, which is nearly every boutique search firm. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or a confidential start-a-search form with more fields, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
We just left a global firm. We have a domain and nothing else. Where do we start?
With the partners. Send us the bios, the practice areas and a paragraph on why you founded the firm, and we build from that on your domain. If you already have a temporary site from a page builder, we rebuild it as plain code and retire the builder. Grow adds email on your own domain set up for you, which is usually the first thing a new firm needs.
