Websites for senior move managers, built and maintained.
A senior move management website is usually read by an adult child three states away, deciding at eleven at night who to trust with a parent's move. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and update your services, reviews and credentials for you without you logging in to anything.
What a move management website needs.
Nearly every move management site we have looked at is five pages and one consultation request form. Reviews and the occasional new service are the only things that change.
Downsizing and rightsizing, age-in-place, floor planning, packing and unpacking, estate dispersal, move-day management. Named the way you say it on the first phone call.
The process, from the complimentary in-home consultation to the first night in the new home with the pictures hung. This is the page that calms the family down.
Who you are, where you came from before this, your association membership and accreditation, and the fact that you are insured. A move manager, not a mover.
The words of the families you have moved, in their voice. We add new ones as they come in.
One consultation-request form, a phone number, an email address, and a line about the area you serve. Nothing else in the way.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a consultation form covers nearly every move manager we have looked at, and adding a review or a new service is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site that reassures the daughter who found you at midnight.
Built for the adult child
Plain language, a clear process and real credentials, so someone deciding from out of town can trust you before the first call.
Nothing to log in to
A new review, a new service, an updated accreditation. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Not a stock photo of boxes
Custom design and real typography instead of a template that looks like a moving company.
This is not the plan for a moving company that needs a quote calculator and dispatch scheduling, or an estate sale company posting new sales every week. Those need a different kind of site, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most senior move managers are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What senior move managers usually ask.
We add a review or a new service a few times a year. Is a monthly plan worth it?
That is exactly the site the plan is built for. The monthly covers hosting, security, backups and every edit, so the site never goes stale between moves. When a family sends a review or you add a service, you email it over and it is done. There is nothing to renew, patch or remember.
Can families request a consultation from the site?
Yes. The contact page has one consultation-request form that asks for a name, email, phone and a short note about the move. It goes straight to your inbox. If you already schedule consultations in a booking tool, the site links to it and you keep using it.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, which is nearly every move manager. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
We already have a site from a page builder. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild it as plain, durable code on your existing domain, keep the reviews and the parts that work, and retire the page builder. If you belong to the association, we can list the membership and accreditation the way NASMM asks for it. If your site depends on something we do not do, we will tell you before anything starts.
