Websites for interior designers, built and maintained.
An interior design website should be the most designed thing the studio owns, and on most studio sites it is the least. We design, build, host and maintain it for $79 a month, and upload each finished project for you once the reveal is photographed.
What an interior design studio website needs.
Nearly every boutique studio site we have looked at is five pages and one form, with a portfolio that grows by a few projects a year. That is the whole build.
Project by project, room by room. Big photographs from the install, a short note on the brief, and the photographer credited.
Full-service, design-only, e-design if you offer it. What each includes, and how the design fee and procurement work, in your words.
Consultation, concept, sourcing, procurement, install, reveal. What a client should expect at each stage and what you need from them.
Who you are, how you work, whether you work to the trade, and the press and publications worth listing, on one page.
One form, an email address, a phone number. If you take trade clients, a line on how the trade reaches you.
That is the Care plan. Five pages and a contact form covers nearly every studio we have looked at, and a new project after each install is an ordinary edit, included. $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A site as considered as the rooms.
Each install uploaded for you
When the reveal is photographed, send the set and a few lines on the brief. The project is live, usually the same day.
Not a directory profile
A trade directory listing is not a website. Custom design and real typography, with the projects as the whole point of the page.
Nothing to keep feeding
No blog, no feed, no pop-ups. A quiet site that stays current with the portfolio and nothing else.
This is not the plan for a studio that runs a shop, a furniture line with a cart, or a monthly blog written for local search. Those need a platform, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most interior designers are on Care.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What interior designers usually ask.
We finish a handful of projects a year. Is a monthly plan worth it?
That is the site the plan is built for. The monthly covers hosting, security, backups and every edit, so the portfolio never goes stale between installs. When a project is photographed, you send the set and it is uploaded. There is nothing to renew, patch or remember.
Can the site explain full-service versus e-design without turning into a price list?
Yes. The services page describes each offering and who it suits, and says how the design fee works in as much detail as you are comfortable with. If you would rather keep pricing to the consultation, the page says so and the form takes the inquiry.
What does it cost?
Care is $79 a month with a one-time $200 setup and covers up to five pages, which is nearly every studio. If you want more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, or an intake form, Grow is $149 a month with a $500 setup. Every content edit is included on both.
Our portfolio lives on a page builder and a trade directory. Can you take it over?
Usually. We rebuild the site as plain, durable code on your existing domain, bring the projects across, and retire the page builder. Your directory profile can stay and link to the new site. If your current site is built around a shop or a cart, we will tell you before anything starts.
