Websites for therapists, built and maintained.
A therapist website should do what your directory profile cannot: read like a private practice, in your voice, with your specialties and rates laid out plainly. We design, build, host and maintain it for $149 a month, with email on your own domain and one inquiry form. Booking and intake stay in your practice software, and you never log in to anything.
What a therapist website needs.
Most private practice sites we have looked at are six pages, one inquiry form, and a handful of changes a year: rates, a new specialty, whether you are accepting new clients. That is the whole build.
Who you work with, how you work, and whether you are accepting new clients. The page a prospective client reads in the minute after they find you.
Your license, your training and your approach, written the way you would say it in a first session rather than the way a directory profile makes you say it.
Anxiety, couples, trauma, EMDR, whatever you actually treat. Short sections in plain language, one per specialty, so the right clients recognize themselves.
Session fees, out-of-network and superbills, sliding scale if you offer one, and your Good Faith Estimate notice. Stated once, clearly, so nobody has to ask.
The free 15-minute consultation, telehealth or in person, how the first session goes, and how the client portal works. It answers the questions that keep people from reaching out.
One inquiry form that collects a name, an email, a phone number and a message, plus a link to your client portal. Nothing clinical is ever collected on the site.
That is the Grow plan. Six pages, an inquiry form and email on your own domain covers nearly every solo practice we have looked at, and the rates and specialty edits are ordinary edits, included. $149 a month with a one-time $500 setup, and every edit after launch is included.
A practice site that stays current after the first week.
Nothing to log in to
New rate, new specialty, closed to new clients for the summer. Email it over and it is live, usually the same day.
Nothing clinical on the site
The form takes name, email, phone and message. Intake, scheduling and notes stay in your practice software, which is built for that.
Reads like your practice
Custom design and real typography instead of the template every other therapist in the directory is using.
This is not the plan for a group practice with a growing team page, a blog on a schedule, a newsletter and several intake flows. That practice needs a site it edits itself, and we will say so on the first call.
Two plans. Everything included.
Design, hosting, security, backups and edits under one monthly plan. Most therapists are on Grow.
A fully custom-coded site, hosted, secured and edited for you. Everything most businesses need, and nothing to manage.
- Custom design, up to 5 pages, contact form
- Hosting, SSL, security, backups
- Unlimited content edits
- SEO built in
- Linked to your Google listing, if you have one
Everything in Care, plus more pages, email on your own domain and the forms that bring in work.
- Everything in Care
- More than five pages
- Email on your own domain, set up for you
- Booking, quote and intake forms
The longer you commit, the less you pay.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment and the setup paid today. Commit for 18 months or more and the setup is folded into the monthly instead, with nothing due today, and discounted up to 15% at 36 months. After the term, the price returns to the plan.
12-month commitment, then month to month.
Hosting, security, backups and content edits are part of the monthly plan. Anything outside it is quoted before it costs you anything.
Above ten pages, or where the site needs more extensive work, the one-time setup goes up. It is quoted before anything starts. Never a higher monthly.
The site is plain, durable code. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
What therapists usually ask.
Is the contact form HIPAA-compliant?
The form collects only a name, an email, a phone number and a message, and we say so on the page. Nothing clinical is asked for or stored on the site. Intake, scheduling and the client portal stay in your practice software, which is built and covered for that. The site links to it.
Can we keep our practice software and client portal?
Yes, and you should. SimplePractice, TherapyNotes and the others handle booking, intake and the portal well, and the site simply links to yours. We do not replace it, and we do not ask for access to it.
How do updates work if I never log in?
You email us. A rate change, a new specialty section, a bio refresh, a switch to not accepting new clients: every edit to what is already on the site is included, and after launch it is usually live the same day. A brand-new page is scoped and quoted first.
What does it cost, and why Grow?
Grow is $149 a month with a one-time $500 setup. It covers six or more pages, email on your own domain set up for you, the inquiry form, hosting, security, backups and every content edit. If you only need five pages and a contact form, Care is $79 a month with a $200 setup. Both have a 12-month minimum, and a longer term folds the setup into the monthly.
